Role description
Monitor and support production AI systems ensuring high availability and reliability of conversational AI services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AgentCore runtime APIs and orchestration layers EKS Lambda workflows
Analyze AI responses and logs to identify failures in prompts workflows or integrations and implement fixes
Perform prompt tuning and fine adjustments to improve response quality intent detection and accuracy
Support integration issues with backend systems APIs and enterprise tools CRM KB databases
Collaborate with QA teams to validate fixes support testing cycles and ensure stability postdeployment
Work with DevOps teams to manage CICD pipelines deployments and rollback strategies in production
Ensure adherence to security compliance and governance standards IAM encryption guardrails
Optimize system performance by improving latency scaling configurations and resource utilization
Maintain observability using logs metrics and trace tools to detect and prevent production issuesRequired Skills Experience
Experience in supporting GenAI AIbased applications in production environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across AWS services EKS Lambda Bedrock DynamoDB
Experience in API debugging and backend integration support
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI model behavior tuning
Familiarity with monitoring logging and observability tools CloudWatch XRay etc
Exposure to CICD pipelines and deployment processes
Strong understanding of incident management and production support workflows
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting agentic AI or conversational AI platforms
Knowledge of vector search knowledge bases and retrieval systems
Exposure to AI testing AI assurance frameworks

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $81,215.00 to $147,000.00 per year
