Title Clerks
The primary focus of this position will be to process all Title Documents. Areas of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Accuracy
- Checks for accuracy in all documents
- Checks documents for completeness and signatures on all required parts and forms
- Verifies mileage and ensures there are no discrepancies before paying the dealer for the sale of vehicle
- Organization and Filing
- Maintain miscellaneous files for duplicate titles
- Checks problem titles waiting responses from the state for corrections
- Makes calls on all titles over ten days
- Updates notes in system on title status for the buyers
- Customer Service
- Works directly with the Sellers staying in constant contact regarding late title issues
- Calls Sellers regarding any adjustments the Buyer may be requesting
- Works diligently to keep problem deals together
- Maintains a good communication open between the Buyer and Seller
- Continuous Training
- As state regulations change periodically, title clerks must constantly keep abreast of changing regulatory information by monitoring DMV communications to ensure their practices align with updated regulations

- Must be able to handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks
- Must have great customer service skill and attitude
- Must be able to utilize conflict resolution techniques
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must be attentive to details and highly organized
- Should be able to multi-task and work outside of the box to resolve issues
- A minimum of 2 years title experience
Work Remotely
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
