Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, dependable Manufacturing Production Assembler to join our growing team. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are eager to learn, we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good common sense, basic math skills, and a willingness to learn multiple aspects of our manufacturing process. If you’re reliable, enjoy working with your hands, stop by for an application Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
•Assemble and manufacture quality parts according to production specifications.
•Perform brazing operations to produce high-quality finished products.
•Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
•Read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and production documents.
•Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
•Maintain consistent quality while meeting daily production goals.
•Troubleshoot minor production or equipment issues and report concerns as needed.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
•Assist with material handling, packaging finished products, and other manufacturing operations as needed.
•Learn new equipment and take on additional responsibilities.
•Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Basic math skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and common sense.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Dependable with excellent attendance.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or brazing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
