Job Summary
We are a skilled Esthetician to join our spa! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare, and aesthetic services that enhance our guests’ natural beauty and confidence. Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, waxing, lash/brow tinting, microneedling, laser hair removal and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
- Deliver advanced skincare services to meet individual client needs.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines, cosmetics, and retail products that complement their treatments.
- Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and recommend personalized skincare routines.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols throughout all procedures.
- Utilize salon management software such as Patient Now for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking.
- Engage actively in social media management by sharing updates on treatments, promotions, and client success stories to boost our online presence.
- Assist at the front desk with guest services including check-in/check-out processes, answering inquiries, and scheduling follow-ups.
- Upsell retail products and additional services in a friendly manner to maximize guest satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Support team members with management tasks when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry trends.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role; med spa experience is highly preferred.
- Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to perform multiple treatments such as facial treatments, brow wax/tinting, eyelash lifts, and advanced non-ablative and ablative laser procedures confidently. Must be able to work nights (7pm) and Saturday's (2 per month)
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
