We are looking for a professional, friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service / Garment Care Specialist to become an important part of our team.
No dry-cleaning experience is required. We provide full, hands-on training and will teach the right candidate everything they need to know about professional garment care and our systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and wants to grow with a professional, family-owned company.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide professional, attentive service
- Assist customers with garment drop-offs, pickups, special requests, and garment-care questions
- Carefully receive and handle customers' garments
- Learn to identify stains, special-care requirements, repairs, and customer preferences
- Accurately enter and manage orders using our modern point-of-sale (POS) system
- Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions and service requests
- Communicate special garment instructions clearly to our production team
- Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-counter environment
- Work closely with the rest of our team to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience

- Previous customer-service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Previous dry-cleaning experience is NOT required — we will fully train the right person.
