Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in a Residential / Hotel settings. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, managing laundry, and ensuring all surfaces and floors are spotless. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures across all surfaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to ensure effective sanitation while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, moving furniture, as needed to access hard-to-reach areas or perform deep cleans.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition for daily use.
- Communicate professionally with guests to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the cleaning process.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential / hotel cleaning or housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of janitorial and custodial procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques for different surfaces including carpets, tiles, hardwood floors, and upholstery.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care products, and sanitation standards required for health safety compliance.
- Experience operating various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, steam cleaners, and floor buffers.
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and work as a team in completing daily tasks
- Excellent client communication skills to ensure satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns promptly.
