Full-Time Call Center Representative
Location: Barrington, NJ (In-Person Only)
Salary: $18.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunities

Your Role
- Schedule in-home consultation appointments via outbound calling
- Confirm upcoming appointments with customers
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads via phone and email
- Route qualified leads to our Outside Sales team
- Collaborate with sales, scheduling, and operations departments
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of call center experience required
- Customer service or administrative office experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean background
- Reliable transportation to and from our Barrington, NJ office
Schedule
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday
