Job Duties include, but not limited to:

Complete human resource administrative duties

Filing management of hourly team member personnel files

Processing orders for team member items including uniforms, safety shoes, office supplies and other items as needed

Maintain company organization charts, phone directory and more
-
Manage payroll deduction forms for team members each payroll period

Manage invoices from various vendors
- Updates to Locker Room spreadsheets
-
Process windchime and flower orders for team members
-
Management of the routine maintenance, problem resolution, annual taxes, purchase of new vehicles and sale of existing company vehicles

Annual perfect attendance process for Payroll
-
All scanning of documents into Paycom Document Cloud and Sharepoint
-
Daily call-in log
-
Assist with company activities (i.e. appreciation/recognition events, job fairs, company newsletters), as needed
-
Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Assistant Manager.
Must display competencies in:

Proficient computer and system software skills (Paycom and Excel is a plus).

One to two years’ experience in an administrative support role is required.
