**WE ARE HIRING FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN NEW YORK CITY**
The pay is commensurate with expertise and also includes commission on each transaction. LDO's starting pay is $35/hour. For unlicensed opticians, $23/hour. The earning potential with our commission program is unparalleled in the industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive personal and team sales.
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPI’s.
- Mentor others by working in partnership
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills by working with urgency and properly prioritizing tasks.
- Utilize downtime to complete with daily operational tasks.
- Uphold brand standards-ensuring merchandising, cleanliness, and display of the store.
- Individualized concierge style client interactions.
- Clienteling and reach out.
- Flexibility assisting at other close by stores when needed.
- Weekend flexibility is required.

Pay: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour
