This isn't a call center, and it isn't door-to-door sales.
You'll meet with qualified clients remotely, help them find the right health coverage, and build a recurring-income business with the support of experienced leaders.
No insurance experience is required.
We provide licensing assistance, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship. We hire for character, work ethic, and coachability—not industry experience.
What You'll Do
- Learn a proven sales system, CRM, and client acquisition process
- Meet with clients over the phone and provide personalized health insurance solutions
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Develop a recurring book of business that generates long-term residual income
- Continue developing professionally through daily coaching and weekly training
