Position Overview
A family with three children — ages 6, 3, and 3 months — is seeking an experienced, reliable Nanny for weekday mornings, with the flexibility to cover occasional late-afternoon pickups. The Nanny will arrive at 7:00 AM and take over the full morning routine for all three children: breakfast, dressing, and getting everyone out the door on time. The 6-year-old is picked up at the house by the school bus; the 3-year-old and infant are driven by the Nanny to daycare approximately 15 minutes away.
The family is also looking for someone who can occasionally step in during the late afternoon to pick the children up from school, daycare, or activities. This is a well-defined role suited to a Nanny who is punctual, calm under time pressure, and confident managing three ages at once — including a warm but firm approach with an older child who is testing boundaries. Comfort caring for a young infant alongside older siblings is essential.
