OVERVIEW:
Mosaic Wellness & Recovery is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hospitality Associate to join our team at our new detox and mental health treatment facility located in Johns Creek, Georgia. This role is essential in creating a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is compassionate, hardworking, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within a healthcare setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning & Sanitation

Perform daily housekeeping and sanitation duties throughout the facility.

Clean and disinfect client rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and treatment spaces.

Follow infection control procedures and proper cleaning protocols.

Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and facility equipment.

Properly clean, store, and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
Facility Upkeep & Organization

Assist with furniture movement, room setups, and facility organization.

Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors as needed.

Ensure common areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Maintain appropriate inventory levels of housekeeping and linen supplies.
Laundry & Linen Management

Launder, sanitize, and organize linens, bedding, and towels.

Ensure clean linens are properly stocked and distributed throughout the facility.
Safety & Compliance

Follow all company safety procedures and healthcare sanitation standards.

Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards promptly.

Support compliance with infection control and health regulations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous housekeeping or healthcare environment experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license required. CPR and de-escalation certifications preferred (training provided if needed).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Ability to maintain professionalism and compassion in a behavioral healthcare environment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Work Environment

Full-time, on-site position.

Fast-paced behavioral healthcare environment.

Flexible scheduling may include weekends and holidays.

Requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, and moving supplies or equipment up to 50 lbs.
