American Power & Gas is seeking Sales Supervisors to add to our team. This is a fulltime permanent on-site role.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop our inside sales team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and is passionate about driving performance, improving conversion rates, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the call center sales team to ensure productivity and performance goals are met
- Monitor live and recorded calls to provide real-time coaching, feedback, and quality assurance
- Train and mentor sales agents on scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue generation
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies, call center standards, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with management to improve scripts, processes, and overall customer experience
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and retaining high-performing sales representatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a call center sales environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and call monitoring tools
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Energy or utility industry experience is a plus

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
