We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a fun and memorable experience for guests during events and parties. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for public speaking, and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously. As a Party Host, you will be the face of our events, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with party information.
- Coordinate activities and entertainment to ensure a seamless flow of the event.
- Manage guest interactions, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Oversee food service and ensure that all needs are met.
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences through effective communication.
- Ideal candidate is available weekends, especially Sundays.
- Hours will vary between 15 and 35 hours depending on desire and performance.

- Strong public speaking abilities to engage with diverse groups of guests.
- Excellent time management skills to provide a consistent product to EVERY party.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Experience in guest services to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Background in family entertainment and birthday party venues is a plus!
- Knowledge of food service practices to manage catering needs efficiently.
- A hospitality mindset, ideally with experience in resort settings or similar environments.
