Master's degree from an accredited college or university.

Valid North Carolina Professional Educator License.

Demonstrated experience integrating instructional technology into classroom instruction.

Experience providing professional development, instructional coaching, mentoring, or teacher leadership preferred.

Instructional Technology Facilitator (077) licensure or eligibility preferred.

Knowledge of North Carolina Instructional Technology Facilitator Standards.

Knowledge of North Carolina Digital Learning Competencies.

Knowledge of effective instructional practices and curriculum implementation.

Strong understanding of educational technology integration and blended learning.

Ability to coach adult learners using evidence-based instructional practices.

Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze instructional and technology data.
-
Ability to establish effective working relationships with teachers, administrators, students, and community stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while serving multiple school locations.
The employee must be able to travel regularly between schools and district locations. Work requires standing, walking, sitting, speaking, hearing, extensive computer use, and occasional lifting or transporting instructional technology equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Occasional evening and summer work may be required to support district initiatives and professional learning.
Performance will be evaluated in accordance with the North Carolina Instructional Technology Facilitator Standards and Rutherford County Schools evaluation procedures.
