Real Estate Transaction and Contract Law Paralegal for Immediate Hire - Denver
Downtown Denver real estate law firm, Murr Siler Eckels Delaney, PC, looking for an experienced transactional and contract paralegal to join our vibrant and dynamic team of legal professionals. Candidates must be reliable, self-sufficient and able to manage a high work volume against tight deadlines with keen attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of EFC, CCEF, Outlook and MS Word is required. Experience using TABS, Worldox, the Colorado Secretary of State database and general knowledge of title work and real estate contracts would be greatly beneficial to this position.
This is a full-time position (M-F, 8:30-5:30), offering competitive compensation, a hybrid remote working environment, and other healthcare and PTO benefits. Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 3 years’ paralegal/legal assistant experience, a background in real estate transactions, public trustee foreclosures, excellent typing and communication skills, and will further enhance our firm’s distinctive culture and complement our existing staff of skilled professionals.
