About the Role
Nestled right inside the ultra-modern United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) campus, we are hunting for energetic Baristas to rock our bustling Starbucks kiosk. If you live for the smell of fresh espresso, love making someone's morning, and want a steady routine in a professional environment, this is your sign!(Just a heads up: This is a Rudy’s Corporate Dining gig, not a Starbucks corporate store—same great recipes, way better schedule!)
What You’ll Do
- Craft and serve legendary Starbucks® drinks and treats to absolute perfection.
- Be the bright spot in our guests' day with fast, friendly service.
- Rock the register, handle cash, and sling change like a pro.
- Keep your kiosk sparkly clean, perfectly stocked, and organized.
- Crush food safety, health standards, and company policies.
- High-five your teammates and hustle together through the morning rush.
What We’re Looking For
- A sunny attitude and a natural gift for making people smile.
- The ability to stay cool, calm, and collected in a busy environment.
- Rock-solid reliability—punctual is your middle name.
- Prior barista experience is a huge plus (but a passion for learning works too!).
- The physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
