Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our team and elevate the dining experience to new heights. You will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and menu development, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Teamwork
- Develop innovative specials/menus
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards, presentation expectations
- Detailed, organized, focused
- Management of hourly staff in maintaining high kitchen standards
- Selection, hiring, and management of new employees
- Ability to maintain budget goals and train staff on best practices
- Demands the best at all times and creates a culture of dedicated teamwork of the highest standards
Qualifications
- Extensive culinary experience (at least 2-3 years as executive chef)
- Proven supervising experience
- Knowledge of food handling protocols.
- Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and food service management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in banquet service, catering operations, and restaurant management preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, kitchen equipment maintenance, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent cooking skills across various cuisines with an emphasis on presentation and quality control. Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
