We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists and provide in home health services to our clients.
This is a great opportunity for psychology, education, counseling, or social work students looking to gain hands-on clinical experience while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families!
No prior ABA experience is required- we provide paid training
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA in development of individualized behavior plans for clients.
- Implement behavior plans and collect data to monitor progress, utilizing rethink software and a company issued ipad.
- Provide positive reinforcement to clients to promote positive behavior changes.
- Communicate with clients and their families to ensure a successful home health experience.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
- Assist in developing strategies to address challenging behaviors.
- Participate in team meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
