We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Physician to oversee and support the clinical operations, policy development, and administrative functions of our healthcare facility. This leadership role bridges the gap between clinical practice and executive management, ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical oversight and administrative leadership across clinical departments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate healthcare policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve quality assurance, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Review and analyze clinical data to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes.
- Lead peer review processes, credentialing, and provider performance evaluations.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administrative teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Oversee utilization management, risk management, and infection control programs.
- Support hiring, training, and professional development of medical staff.
- Represent the organization in medical committees, regulatory meetings, and community health initiatives.
- Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and operational planning from a clinical perspective.
