Looking for someone to help manage projects, crews and perform labor alongside crews to help move projects along. This is a hybrid management/labor position. Schedule is 7am to 7pm. This is our busy season. We have to make hay while the sun shines.
Responsibilities
* Lead crews on log home restoration, staining, painting, and finishing projects
* Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
* Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
* Communicate with homeowners and project managers professionally
* Ensure all safety procedures are followed
* Manage job site organization, materials, and equipment
* Solve problems and make sound decisions in the field
* Purchase and deliver materials to job sites
Qualifications
* Bilingual, English and Spanish
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to read project scopes and keep jobs on schedule
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to drive a truck towing a trailer or equipment
Pay will increase to $25 an hour after you complete your 4 week training period. We do have work year round.
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
