Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical, and mechanical components.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
- Repair or replace vehicle transmission systems, engines (including diesel), and related components with precision.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently.
- Perform wheel alignments and suspension system repairs to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety standards.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols while working on vehicles to maintain high-quality service standards.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Extensive knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive diagnostic software.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
- Familiarity with automotive estimating software and auto estimating processes for efficient service workflow.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Service technician experience working on all makes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair techniques and maintenance practices.

Pay: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour
