This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced with Xactimate, familiar with QuickBooks, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while building a rewarding career.
What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site inspections for residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, storm, and other property losses.
- Create accurate, detailed estimates using Xactimate.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process.
- Develop scopes of work and ensure all necessary repairs are included in estimates.
- Use QuickBooks to assist with invoicing, job costing, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects move smoothly from estimate to completion.
- Maintain organized job files, including photos, documentation, and customer communications.
- Build trust with customers by providing excellent service and professional guidance.
- Help convert estimates into completed restoration projects through strong follow-up and communication.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in restoration estimating or construction estimating.
- Proficiency with Xactimate (required).
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred).
- Knowledge of insurance claims and property restoration processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
