We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated position running the Southwest
Tri State region out of Jurupa Valley, CA. This account offers 3 months of guaranteed pay after your first dispatch - a rare commitment that most carriers don't make. Immediate openings - 5 positions available.
PAY
- $1,400 - $1,600 average weekly earnings
- Line haul pay scale + standard OTR mileage rates
- Guaranteed pay for first 3 months after first solo dispatch
- Performance bonus: Up to $0.06/mile - earn up to $126 extra per week
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Unload pay: $25 assist / $80 full hand unload
- Weekly mileage: 1,800 - 2,100 miles
- Paid weekly
JOB DETAILS
- Position: Full-Time - Dedicated Regional
- Equipment: Dry van
- Freight: Mix of drop and hook, preload, live load, and live unload.
- Running area: Southwest Tri State - California, Nevada, and Arizona
- Home Time: 34-hour restarts. Routes may allow drivers to pass through the home area during the week depending on runs
- Shift: Both day and night
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 1 year CDL-A driving experience required
- Must live in Southern California
- Solo drivers only - no teams
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- No special endorsements required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate Class A dry van truck on Southwest Tri State regional lanes (CA, NV, AZ)
- Live load and live unload at applicable stops - unload pay provided
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and safety policies
- Communicate with dispatch on pickup, delivery, and trip progress
