Duties
- Develop and pitch engaging podcast concepts aligned with brand goals and audience interests
- Coordinate all aspects of podcast production, including scripting, recording, editing, and post-production
- Manage recording sessions, ensuring high-quality audio capture and smooth technical operation
- Edit audio content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing tools
- Incorporate visual elements using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials and episode assets
- Write clear, compelling scripts, show notes, and episode descriptions that resonate with diverse audiences
- Oversee social media management by promoting episodes across platforms to maximize reach and engagement
- Translate or interpret content as needed to cater to bilingual audiences or international markets
- Collaborate with journalists, writers, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate interpretation and storytelling integrity
- Maintain organized production schedules, logs, and records for seamless workflow continuity
Experience
- Proven experience in video production, audio editing, or journalism with a strong portfolio of podcast projects or multimedia content
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
- Excellent writing skills for scripting, show notes, social media content, and technical documentation
- Demonstrated interpretation skills for translating or adapting content across languages or cultural contexts (bilingual ability is a plus)
- Knowledge of social media management strategies to grow audience engagement organically
- Experience in post-production processes including sound editing, mixing, color correction, and visual asset creation
- Familiarity with technical writing for documentation or instructional content related to video or audio production
