Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour (Compensation may be higher or lower based on education, experience, and qualifications.)

We're looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician II to help maintain our residential housing units. If you have experience in building or apartment maintenance and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, and general building maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, structural, and other building systems.
- Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Respond to work orders and maintenance requests.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Building Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of building or apartment maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
