Position Overview
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for immediate opportunities in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to residents while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report any changes to RN or physician
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York
- CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred, but not required)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
