Regular travel to NJ skilled nursing facilities is required.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Social Worker
Experience as a Regional Director/or multi-facility experience is a must
Must be knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities.
Strong, but comforting, communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.

Salary Range-$160k-$180k yearly salary
