Infinity Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of Nurses to provide care in Stanislaus County (Patterson, CA). The Ideal candidate for this role should be located in or near VALLEY SPRINGS, California.
Assess patient to provide treatment, pain and symptom management, and care in accordance with the existing plan of care
Communicates effectively in a multi-disciplinary team with patient/family, team members, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Provides supportive care to patients and families as needed
Candidates of a Licensed Vocational Nurse
Has current and unrestricted California state license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse/LVN
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)-CPR required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Ability to apply sound judgment to work independently and with minimal supervision
Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and equipment necessary
Physical and mental ability to support changes in work assignments related to patient needs
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in acute care and or relevant LVN experience
The ability to work on call for two weekends a month required
Experience in home health is preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
