Job Title: Sr. Project Manager – Architecture (Classical Residential- Single family)

Location: New York City (3 days Onsite in a week)
**Hybrid – 3 days in T-Th (M-F work from Home unless meetings)
Salary: $125-155k/year
Job Description:
High End Architectural firm is seeking an advanced-level Project manager with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in high-end classical residential design to join our team.
The candidate should be well-versed in the classical design language and have a thorough knowledge of architectural history and precedent, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and be extremely skilled with technical drawings (construction sets as well as millwork/cabinetry design).
In addition, the candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading creative and highly detailed traditional high-end-residential projects from conception through completion is a must. The Ideal Candidate will have an eye for design with technical detailing execution.
Qualifications:
Looking for a Project Manager to lead all phases of project from inception to completion.
- Experience Range - Minimum of 10 years
- Must have a bachelor’s from an accredited architectural school.
- Must have excellent communication skills, leading and collaborating with teams. High interaction with clients.
- They must have a proven track record, leading, creating , highly detailed classical residential projects.
- Must be classically trained.
