Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
- Prepare accurate repair orders and documentation
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair needs
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the service process
- Upsell maintenance services and dealership service products when appropriate
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
