Alpenglow Counseling is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Associate) to join our team in Bend, Oregon.
We’re a supportive group practice serving Central Oregon with metal health counseling. Our culture is built around work-life balance, competitive pay, and a spirit of collaboration. We work hard to blend the stability and benefits of a larger organization with the flexibility, connection, and authenticity of a small, motivated team.
At Alpenglow, clinicians are empowered to shape their schedules, grow their skills, and contribute to a collaborative workplace. We value motivation, ongoing development, and mutual respect — believing that when clinicians feel supported and fairly compensated, they can bring their best, most effective work to the clients and community we serve.
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: High percentage rate with a transparent structure.
- Sustainable Caseloads: Full-time is defined as ~18 clients/week. We believe this balance protects against burnout — but your caseload is in your hands. If you’d like to see more clients and increase your earnings, the option is yours.
- Autonomy & Flexibility: You manage your own schedule and build a rhythm that works best for you.
- Steady Referrals: Consistent caseloads provided
- Collaborative Team Culture: Regular peer consultation and a supportive environment.
- Supervision & Growth: We provide supervision for associates and also financially support those who prefer outside supervision
- Work-Life Balance
- Student Loan Forgiveness Eligibility: As an HRSA-approved site, you may qualify for federal loan repayment programs while working with us.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, or family counseling.
- Maintain clinical documentation to ethical and insurance standards.
- Participate in team consultation and collaboration.
- Maintain a caseload of at least ~18 clients per week (full-time), with the option to increase if desired.
Qualifications
- Oregon license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- LPC-A and MFT-A are eligible for this position.
- Compassionate approach to therapy with a commitment to meaningful client connection.
- Dedication to inclusivity, trauma-informed care, and ethical practice.
Compensation
- Earnings typically range from $75,000 – $145,000 annually
- No cap on earnings — clinicians who choose larger caseloads can significantly increase their income
- Supervision benefit: Associates may choose between internal or outside supervisors — Alpenglow invests in whichever option best supports your growth.
- Additional benefit: Eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness through HRSA.
