We lean heavily on our core values and we add team members who fit what we are looking for to the core. With that in mind, we are now looking to add an experienced Project Superintendent to our team.
Voted one of the top GCs for the Greater ILM Area, most of our projects are local, for local customers, that are ground up Commercial, Tilt Wall Distribution, Retail, Faith Based, Multifamily, Sr Living, & similar.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors & all members of jobsite
- Responsible for project being on time & under budget
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of Recent Superintendent experience on ground up Commercial, Industrial Tilt Wall Distribution, &/Or Multifamily projects
- A leader looking to work in a team oriented atmosphere
- Ability to develop relationships with those on the jobsite
