We are looking to add multiple pastry chefs to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in pastry arts or at least 3 years of relevant experience. We are looking for a person that possesses the following qualities:
- Comfortable using a scale for ingredients and can follow our recipes
- Maintain a clean workstation
- Work positively as part of a team
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Stand for long periods of time
- Reliable transportion
- Comfortable using large kitchen equipment and making large production on a repetive schedule.
Day to day responsibilities may include but limited to:
- Assist in maintaining par levels of cookie doughs, cakes, mousses and other day to day items.
- Baking cookies
- Decorating cakes and plated desserts
- experience with macarons a plus
- Help maintain a full retail case throughout the day
- Assembly of plated desserts for wholesale, weddings, and retail
- Chocolate experience is a plus
- Ice cream production
- Maintain a clean workspace

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
