Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Mini/Plow Operators to join our company located in North-Central Mississippi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating heavy equipment. You will be responsible for operating mini excavators, plows, and various heavy equipment. Valid driver's license required and must be able to be insured by company's insurance carrier. Pre-employment drug test & physical is required.
Duties
- Operate mini excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment with precision and safety
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, water trucks, and dump trucks in a construction setting
- Mechanical knowledge of construction machinery and troubleshooting skills
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for driving heavy equipment on public roads
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
- Must be able to reasonably commute to shop location daily
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
