Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Representative

This is your chance to shine Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., assisting callers with questions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless patient care.
We're looking for individuals who thrive on interacting with the public, excel in customer service, and are adept with computer software. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish is essential. Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries via phone in both English and Spanish.
· Utilize computer skills for accurate appointment scheduling.
· Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
· Assist with medical terminology as needed and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
· Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address patient needs efficiently.
Qualifications
· Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Bilingual)
· Proficient in computer skills
· Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
· Familiarity with medical terminology
· Experience in appointment scheduling and medical office settings
