Responsibilities
- Help families protect what matters most with Life Insurance plans
- Follow our Proven System to move into leadership within 90–180 days
- Conduct in-person client appointments (leads provided)
- Work directly with agency leadership to develop personal and team production goals
- Attend training calls and team meetings (virtual & local)
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and build relationships.
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client expectations while aligning with company guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, answering questions, and providing ongoing support to clients.

What We’re Looking For
- Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one — we help with licensing)
- Sales History
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Driven, coachable, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Desire to make an impact helping families and building a team
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
