Job Summary
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Huntington Beach, CA, supporting advanced industrial equipment, precision optical inspection systems, and aerospace-grade hardware. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on hardware design, PCB development, lab testing, and cross-functional collaboration from prototype through production.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and lay out multi-layer PCBs for advanced industrial and electronic hardware systems.
- Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, board bring-up, lab testing, and prototype debugging.
- Conduct signal integrity and power integrity analysis to support reliable system performance.
- Support test fixture design, production validation, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to resolve design and integration challenges.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, assembly drawings, and test procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $90,000 to $145,000 per year.
- Role details reference $135,000 per year.
- Location: Huntington Beach, CA.
- Work environment includes a warehouse setting with moderate noise, no air conditioning or heating, approximately 30 percent standing or walking and 70 percent desk work, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
