Tier 1 Analysts provide frontline monitoring, triage, and escalation using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, etc.) and established runbooks.
Position Accountabilities
- Monitor (SolarWinds) dashboards and validate alerts.
- Follow runbooks for initial troubleshooting.
- Create accurate incident tickets.
- Support Tier 2 escalations.
Organizational Relationship
This position reports to the Technology Operations Center Manager
Position Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 1–2+ years IT support or operations
- Familiarity with SolarWinds
- Familiarity with IT Ticketing Systems (Ivanti, ServiceNow, etc.)
Preferred:
- ITIL Foundation, Network+
Knowledge & Skills
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, reliable
- Working Conditions
- 24/7 shift rotation; hybrid
Other
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Rotating after hours on-call support required.
Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
