About the Role
As a Lead Injection Molding Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority responsible for maximizing equipment reliability and operational efficiency. You will leverage your deep expertise in industrial machinery to diagnose complex mechanical failures, mentor technical staff, and drive proactive maintenance strategies that minimize downtime.
Responsibilities-
Execute advanced troubleshooting and precision repairs on injection molding systems and auxiliary support equipment to ensure optimal production output.

Function as a technical subject matter expert for high-speed packaging lines, including labelers, case packers, and palletizing systems.

Maintain critical facility infrastructure, such as chillers, air compressors, and advanced water filtration systems, to support plant-wide operations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with production teams and management to resolve mechanical bottlenecks and improve equipment performance.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives by developing and implementing standardized maintenance best practices.

Lead predictive and preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Provide hands-on training and technical guidance to junior technicians and machine operators to elevate team skill sets.
Qualifications-
Extensive experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on injection molding or high-speed manufacturing equipment.

Advanced proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
