We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team at a skilled nursing facility. This role offers a collaborative environment, consistent caseload, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, treat, and educate patients according to physician orders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a SNF setting
Requirements
For Physical Therapist (PT):
Current PT license in Pennsylvania
SNF experience preferred
For Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA):
Current PTA license in Pennsylvania
SNF experience preferred
