Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Insurance Processor to join our team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment ensuring accurate and efficient real estate closing transactions. Your expertise in title processing, closings and disbursements, working directly with lenders and real estate professionals. Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
· Prepare and process title insurance closing statements, settlement documents and title insurance policies with attention to detail.
· Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers and attorneys to facilitate seamless closings.
· Attend closing settlements ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
· Oversee the disbursement of funds and recording of legal documents.
· Address clients inquires promptly and professionally.
Experience
· Prior experience working in a title insurance company or law office specializing in title processing or closings.
· Strong knowledge of title insurance procedures and requirements.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
· Communication skills for collaborating with clients, lenders and attorneys.
· Familiarity with title Processing software (TSS) and general office technology.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,087.97 per year
