Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with clean-up duties on a vacant lot. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role involves various tasks related to the removal of debris, trash, and overgrown vegetation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and clear debris from a vacant lot, including but not limited to trash, fallen branches, old furniture, and construction materials.
- Remove overgrown vegetation, weeds, and grass using tools like weed whackers, lawnmowers, and rakes.
- Assist with hauling and disposing of waste materials in a safe and responsible manner.
- Operate light machinery and hand tools as needed (e.g., shovels, brooms, and rakes).
- Ensure the site is kept clean and organized throughout the workday.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and wearing necessary protective gear.
- Assist with additional labor tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Report any safety hazards or issues to the site manager or supervisor

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up heavy equipment.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions (sun, wind, rain, etc.).
- Previous experience in general labor or similar roles is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
