Lysi Bishop Real Estate is looking for a Client Services Representee to join our fast-paced real estate team in Boise. This role is the heartbeat of our office — supporting our agents, coordinating appointments, and ensuring every client experience is handled with professionalism and care.
We’re seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and thrives in a structured environment while interacting with clients and team members throughout the day.
What You'll Do
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
- Coordinate and confirm client appointments
- Support agents with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM systems
- Provide a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and team support
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office role and includes weekend availability as part of the schedule.
