Artisan Deck & Outdoor Living is hiring Carpenters to join our team. We build custom decks, pergolas, screen porches, and outdoor living spaces—and we’re looking for people who want to learn, work hard, and take pride in what they build.
No production work. No shortcuts. Just solid craftsmanship and teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting lead carpenters on decks, porches, and outdoor structures
- Carrying materials, setting up and cleaning job sites
- Learning framing, layout, and finish work as you go
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Working outdoors as part of a team

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has ability to read a tape measure and level
- Basic experience with a circular saw
- Shows up on time and works hard
- Pays attention and wants to learn
- Takes pride in doing things right
- Works well with others and follows direction
- Communicates respectfully with teammates and homeowners
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Can work 5 days a week, year-round
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
Most important: you’re reliable, honest, and willing to put in the effort.
Schedule & Tools
- Full-time, year-round work
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Basic hand tools helpful; some power tools a plus
- Job trailers and most tools provided
