- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent.

- Achieve an interview-to-hire ratio of 25% or greater.

- Manage client expectations through proactive communication, weekly project updates, and budget alignment.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain detailed, accurate notes within the ATS.
- Manage project hours and budgets within established client parameters.
- Update and adhere to project plan deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, challenges, or search drift.
- Recruit across a wide variety of industries, functions, and professional levels.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, market intelligence, and best practices.
- Mentor and develop junior-level recruiting team members.
- Partner with research teams to ensure effective candidate pipelining.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships that drive retention and future business opportunities.
- 3+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience with advanced internet sourcing techniques and cold calling.
- Ability to think creatively and experiment with alternative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
