- Accurately process retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring quick and correct checkout experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through their purchases
- Conduct product demos when applicable, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and attractive store layout
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support store operations by performing basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts
Skills
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for retail transactions
- Prior supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos confidently and clearly
