Unified Screening and Crushing is looking for an outside customer service representative with experience in aggregate screening, crushing, and mining. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with clients in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for managing territory accounts, generating new leads, and selling products to customer. Requirements
- Experience in Screening, Crushing and mining industry
- outside sales and territory management with a focus on direct sales strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively
- Excellent prospecting skills, including cold calling and lead generation techniques
- Ability to perform product demos and conduct technical or marketing presentations confidently
- Some overnight stays required
Responsibilities
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
- Establish Relationships with customers
- Recommend products to customers based on cost, availability, or specifications.
- Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery.
- Provide and follow up on price quotes.
- Prepare necessary sales order documentation.
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Ongoing tracking of sales activity in company CRM
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to support sales efforts.
