Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing and repairing European vehicles, while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, efficiency, and professionalism.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair services on European vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, and other luxury brands.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify mechanical, electrical, and performance-related concerns.
- Perform repairs on engines, suspension systems, steering systems, braking systems, cooling systems, and driveline components.
- Complete scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid services, filters, spark plugs, belts, and other manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
- Replace and repair components according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting using scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify service needs.
- Test-drive vehicles when necessary to verify repairs and ensure proper operation.
- Accurately document inspections, findings, recommendations, and completed repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Stay current with automotive technologies and repair procedures through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, preferably with European vehicles.
- Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems and repair procedures.
- Experience performing maintenance and repairs independently.
- Ability to use scan tools and service information systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
