Duties
- Provide high-quality beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
- Manage client appointments and maintain an organized schedule using salon software like Meevo.
- Uphold sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Engage in effective customer service practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Promote retail sales of products used during treatments and recommend additional services to clients through upselling techniques.
- Utilize social media management skills to market services and attract new clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of various treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences and treatment history for personalized service delivery.
Skills
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations within the salon room.
- Proficiency in salon software systems such as Meevo for scheduling and client management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty services.
- Knowledge including specialized skills such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatment if using room for that service. .
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
